Scott, a friend of yours saw this and since you have owned such stunning examples of "awful offal" as blow molded tupperware boats and pistols such as The Judge , I figured that I would post this so that the very sight of this one could send you rushing to the gun store to purchase one

Well I can't help but appreciate your friend thinking of me, Dani, but my latest black (plastic) weapon creation has already been sold. I guess it would have been an ok cripple getter...but only if worn in a snappy back scabbard. (Maybe he could have used it to guard his spring and fall bonfires.)

I've been buying Mossbergs and Rem 870 parts lately and when I get enough of the right parts, I put something together.

(This one was actually new, part of one of my trade deals. The original Mossberg grips were replaced with these overmolded Hogue grips

Shotgun modification is pretty modular. Sort of like Lego toys for old people.

...and yes...its too short to be considered a shotgun in Michigan and had a conventional stock included for that reason)

I had to read more about this thing and found out that it is considered a "tactical" lever action. In 30-30 no less. But thats not all...the article followed up with "they’ll be extending the line with an upcoming *sigh* ZMB zombie model."

Too funny. Can't wait to see it.

All I can think is, "What would Harker say?"

Very cool! Paint it flat black and add those handy 3 sided accessory rails. Of course you have to wear black pajamas and a black hood with just your eyes showing...and hold a ninja throwing knife between your teeth. Oh yeah

Just noticed the "Zombie Green" Ballistic tips and JHP cores too. Naturally. How else are you going to handle a "zombie"?

These ZMB guns came up yesterday on an AK forum.

I think that every time an FNG asks "Whats the best gun for bear defense?" I will be posting a link to the Chainsaw.

I love when FNG's get their first dose of magnum slugs in their brand new "easy to carry" pistol grip shotty. Sure its easy to carry, but you can't hit the broad side of a barn with it, and after the first shot your wrist is numb making for a difficult second shot on a charging bear.
