I hunted Friday morning and saw very few scoters and one hen Old Squaw land in the decoys. I sure hope something starts showing up soon!

They are showing up on the South Shore of Long Island. I have seen rafts just off shore from Jones Inlet to just short of Breezy Point. They should be making their way towards you very soon.

Hey, I'm back! Montauk is looking the best I've seen it. We have more Scoter and Eider her now than we had last year at this time. Right now our total for the season is well ove 100.
 
Jack, where you been? So it's lookin good out there. You still have the pits? Have seen a few new flocks of geese around. Taking the last of the decoys to the blind tomorrow.

I've got 3 pit in the ground right now. I brought 122 full bodies out to one pit this week . I wont bring the stuffers out till next week. Things are lookin good and the phone has been ringing.
