sealing options?

I am having a hard time locating Val-Oil. I am wondering what other product is equivalent? I am sealing silhouettes; made of luan. Any help would be great, thanks Eric.

You could seal them up with West System Epoxy. That would help strengthen the edges and I'd have to believe they would last alot longer. Its a bit expensive but its handy stuff to have around and the shelf life is like forever. - Jim
 
Last time I purchased some, Lee Harker (the Don Vito of Valspar) smuggled a case in from Michigan. Lee, Mark Rongers, and I split the case.
