Hey Shermie:

Did you guys survive the storm up there? It wasn't much here at my house, but on the coast in eastern Maine towards New Brunswick I heard reports of 15+ inches of snow and some serious winds. They were talking about hurricane force winds for east and north of Nova Scotia, so I'm guessing you guys got pounded.

I saw a radar image that showed what sure looked the eye of a hurricane out towards Sable Island.

I just drove back from sugarloaf mountain last night, and the worst weather was on PEI on my route... Made it the whole way in just 12 hours (Yuck, I hate driving so much).

I was pretty happy to make it all the way without any problems, but Moose don't think the rumble strips are very funny.

Hope you all are not having to dig too much.

Jon

Hey, whats up with the neon pink hotdogs in Maine?

Jon, those red hot dogs are a local "delicacy". I don't know why, but they've been popular for a long time.

You must really like skiing to make that drive . . . . .

Did you guys get snow, or was PEI on the warm side of the storm?

sorry Jeff we just got shoveled out .....
