SITKA replaced my too tight Wader boots with new boots

After some heavy lobbying I convinced them to replace my boots got them back still so tight couldn't get them off my feet without a struggle
Finding my DIVE Bombs in my exact shoe size to be warm comfortable and room for a silk and wool sock when its freezing

I had the same issue after getting my waders warrantied last winter. I’ve got high arches and the new boots they put on were impossible to get off and very tight on the top of my foot. Sitka agreed to replace them for a larger size, but they were still tight on that dimension. I pulled the insoles and added heel cups and that did the trick. Good luck. It’s frustrating when a company changes the fit of a product with what should be an in-kind replacement, but if you push back hard enough my experience with Sitka suggests they’ll make it right.

This worries me that they changed their boot. Ive been a lacrosse boot guy for over a decade. One of the reasons I went sitka route when i bought breathables. I guess they may be out when it comes time to replace my sitkas. They are still going very strong though. May look hard at kuiu when it comes time to replace.
