Thank you for posting, I checked and Google Maps shows a house at each of the Van Duyne and Perrine addresses. It looks like Van Duyne and Perrine built boats in the backyard.
Richard, Perrine had there boatworks on there property but across the street in a large barn. I know Van Duyne moved there fiberglass operations to mays landing in the 1980s. Most old boat builders all lived on the property they worked i do and grew up that way for my marina

These are great. I was at a lumber yard a week ago and the yard worker asked me what the wood was for. I said boat, he said what kind, and we got around to the BBSB. He had no idea what one was until I told him they are sailed. He teaches sailing and got right on his phone to check them out. I need to show him your post next time I go there. (y)

SJ Fairbank, Very nice screen shot these pics of two of my sneakbox sailing! To show him! All the 12ft sneakbox are mainly sprit rigs but some are marconi rig and then the racing sneakboxs and larger 15 and 18ft boxs are sloop, cat & sloop marconi rigs!
