Sneakbox progress

been working on my sneakbox over the last couple months re glassing some of the rough spots and painting the inside and outside. still need to fix up the motor board and bolt that on but its coming along

That is neat box!! Can you elaborate more? Is it all glass over cedar? Looks like strip/plank construction; hull and deck? Nice displacement hull. Very neat hard chine. I am not sure I've ever seen one of that style before. Curious who built it and how old it is??

Congrats on the touch up! I think you will be spending a lot of time in the South Jersey marsh aboard that beautiful project!

I honestly do not know a whole lot about the boat. i do know that it is glass over jersey cedar and is 60+ years old. You can probably see the cedar planks in the pics. My uncle had it for a while and re glassed the whole boat and hunted out of it but it has sat in our pole barn for years. Also, the boat is not the traditional 12 foot, its only 10'6''.
