The radar yesterday morning showed snow out in the Gulf of Mexico south to LA, AL & FL. Crazy.
Dauphin Island got over 6", some places in downtown Mobile had 10", bottom photo is from my staff members house in Mobile.
Hope those of you that are hunting get a good push of ducks to finish the season!

You might want to check on your friend. Looks like he froze to death.
Lol. That's his oldest child my nephew lol.

Probably the first time he has ever seen snow.

I want to say and I'm not sure if correct have to do some Google fuu. But I believe this storm set a new snow and temp record for that part of the state. I grew up in that town and so did my parents and my dad said he has never seen 13 inches of snow there before. He said when he was a young man, the river froze over hard and thick enough a few times for people to walk on but never an snow amounts like this.

This snowfall broke records all over south Alabama, some of which had stood since late 1890s.
And tomorrow morning will break most low temperature records for this day.
Crazy weather pattern, my brother in PA is complaining they dont have enough snow to get out the snowmobiles. But the lakes have plenty of ice for fishing.
