Anyway back to the question, after sitting in the water for quite a while it became apparent that my patched many times waders are leaking yet again. So it's time to get a new pair...and after looking at the pictures I can't decide...

do these waders make my butt look big?

Hmmmm, I'd say your butt looks just fine but that's just MHO. Now, the waders look like they're carrying a load but that might just be my angle of viewing. ;)

That is one fantastic drake gadwall, dont think I have ever seen one colored quite like that.

Oh, and yes, they do.

Nice fingernails...pretty paint job.

Pretty grey duck, too.

Good to see pics. Tell Sutton I said hi.

Best,

Rick Pierce

P.S. No way in **** I'm stepping on that land mine...that is a Kobayashi Maru question...

I'd say there is enough excess wader material there to patch your waders, again and again. :>) :>)

Great pics of the gadwell.

Did you see that gator behind you in the first picture???? Perhaps that is how you got holes in your waders.....

hmmmmmmm Steve's fault....he took the picture....they say cameras add 20 lbs....hmmmmmmmm that's it... his camera is possessed and adds "weight" in some places....I'll have to talk to him about using the "weight watchers setting" cuz that's just wroooong.....

the Decoys are plastic Mallard decoys from Drake that the master blanks were carved by Ira McCaulley and Mark Schupp (I believe they both had a hand in carving them and if not either of them would feel free to correct me I'd appreciate that) and then Mark painted them up as mottled ducks....I think they're very nice too

Thanks Rick...

Those are the plastics from Drake Waterfowl, if I'm not mistaken? I picked up a dozen from a friend a few weeks ago and they are hands down the best plastics I've ever used, they look fantastic, are very light, and very versatile. Beautiful gaddie also, congratulations!

Dani - After almost 30 years of marriage, I know better than to answer that question. Great gaddy! Beautiful colors. Congrats! Good to see your photographer is alive and kicking...

Not a question I feel I should answer. I thought perhaps you were keeping your lunch dry. Great pixs Dani!

Isn't that called a "fanny pack?" I figured that was a new style of waders that only the most priveledged of sportwomen could hope to acquire. I think when Hodgeman sees this mistake, they will cancel their next wader runway model show until some alterations have been made. Nice bird.
