So You're Begging For Some Snow?

Merry Christmas Al and all the rest of the gang that hang out here.

Great pictures but I know it must mess up your duck hunting. When you can't drive it is hard to get out.

It is finally snowing a little here tonight. We haven't had any stick around yet this winter and at this time last year we had 3' for about a month. I hope we wake up in the morning to a winter wonderland. I can't remember the last time I could see the grass at Christmas. It just doesn't seem right.

Warmer weather is on the way. Fingers crossed for sure. I wish you continued success with your hunting.

Look at the bright side , think of all the water you will have when it melts.

I agree with you, Doug. We need it so desperately. The ground is really saturated at this point and it will give the grazing land a head start when the grasses begin to grow.
Merry Christmas. How much longer is your season on for?

Do you get a lot of snow Al?

You just don't think New Mexico and snow!?!?!?

It has been so warm here (RI) all year!

Brian, one of the reasons I decided to move into this area was when I asked a question of the locals back in 1992. It was this: "Do you get any snow down here?" They all said about the same thing---"Yes, but I can't remember if it was 4 or 5 years ago." I knew I would like this spot. It won't be long and it will all be gone----hopefully.
Merry Christmas.

Merry Christmas, Paul. Hard to believe that Holly has been with you two for a year now. She is one beautiful lab. Today is supposed to be fairly clear so I am hoping that if there are any ducks left in this neck of the bosque (woods) some of them will fly by my spread this morning. We'll see.
