Took the wife to some "antique" stores and saw these calls. I am not versed in the history of calls but figured some of yall would have interest in them and maybe have info about them. I recognize the hunters specialties company but that's it.
I do not. I did not buy them only looked at them in the shop, honestly didn't even look at the price. If someone is really interested in them I can take another trip at some point and see if they are still there.
The Olt fox/Coyote call is the best speckabelly goose call ever made.
I can't remember the model name/number of the Olt duck call I bought my dad a few years ago.
But I payed nearly 100 dollars for it because they were so caught after. I wanted my dad to have a original, to replace the one he lost. It was the only hen mallard call he would use.
I literally have a shell box filled to capacity with OLT fox/coyote calls. That way I will never be without one or without a reed for one.
Regular Duck Call RD-51 in original unopened package - Green Head Co., Lacon Illinois. Back of package is a little worn, call has "Green Head Duck Call" branded on barrel. Wooden call measures 4-1/2" long.
Olt D-2 keyholes are the ones that hold the most value. True OG uncut toneboard keyholes are the cream of the crop of olts. Ive stumbled across a few that sit on my shelf for ridiculous stupid prices i couldnt pass up. Ive kind of slowed way down on getting calls in, but that is by the far the most sought after olt on the market today.
