Some hunting pics...

A few hunting pics from this season... Noteable was a good wood duck hunt with my nephew Matt, some good hunting at our duck club with my older brother Tim. Hunting with your family is such a blessing. Also, some great layout shooting with brother layout gunners Tim Speight and Jim Williams. Layout photos taken by Paul Wait. Tim is shown with a great draw on some bluebills shooting a vintage double barrel 20 gauge side by side... God blessed us with some good gunning...

Great pictures Pat!!! You are right nothing better than hunting with friends and family...looks like you had some great shooting to boot. Dave

Pat, those are some great photos. Thanks for sharing. Looks like a great day to take a ride in the layout boat, with the skirt up!

Those are great shots, Pat. I'm sure glad you posted them. Kevin beat me to it----I liked that license plate, also. Thought that was pretty cool. Looks like you have a wonderful place to hunt. Congrats.

Layout boat action shots very cool - can't use layouts up here in MN - against the law - but it sure would be fun to give them a try sometime.

Jake - We hunt over our own hand carved decoys. In the rig are decoys from Tim Speight, Jim Williams, Tim McEntire, Bill Moore, Bill Hancock, Phil Babe, John Denker, and yours truly.

Chris - The two ruddys on the left are mine, the one on the right is made by Jim Schmiedlin. His ruddies are so realistic on the water, you think you have real ruddy ducks in your decoys...

I thought it was one of Jim's birds but wasn't sure.
