I finally got my Photobucket account to work, I just wasn't gining it enough time to download and assumed something was wrong. Anyway here are a few pics of the floor going in. For me this was the absolute hardest part of the whole project. I am now working on fairing in the inside of the hull, then installing conduit for wiring and fuel hose, running lights, electric pane, ect.

Hi John,
Looks good! Keep the pictures coming as the build proceeds. It is tough getting a big piece of plywood to fit well, I know. I am trying to decide if I should make a luan template for my aft seat lid, or just start cutting on the 3/4 ply....

Very nice work. Impressed that you brought the middle bulkheads all the way through and you did it right by filleting in the floor because that's a big azz cockpit.

Nice boat John.

Nice job John !!!! It is a pain to make that floor fit i made half a luan template and just flipped it to tace the other side of the floor worked great but still needed alot of fitting before final attachment in the hull . having that floor permantly attached will stiffen that boat right up . did you add an inner keel ? I did on my Cackler but i was expecting to take down a bridge with mine the way i built it real Heavy!!!! Keep the pics coming

This year's class has been one of the best ever and you are no slacker. Very nice work. Are you going to have access to the sub floor? I recommend you do but don't use the round screw-out hatches. I did on my BBII and the get grit in them and are hard to open. The pry-out ones are better suited or just make your own from plywood with some support from cleats bonded and screwed underneath.

As for your gass tank question I bet you could use some ingenuity and suspend a plastic tank under the deck and run a fill line through the hull. Maybe like Andrew's shelf but mounted above instead of below. You'd not have the expense of a custom tank but it would serve just as well.
