Some pics---

Al if I was You I would not be able to sleep at night. Looking forward to the next day would keep me up. Great photos.

Well, Rob, now you know why I am up normally by 4 to 4:30AM every morning. I don't want to miss a sunrise--the beginning of a new day. Life is so fragile but yet so beautiful I don't want to miss a second of it. Since we are here for such a short time, I want to take advantage of every moment. Hence, me carrying a camera around so much of the time. All of us are so fortunate to be part of God's creation.

I thought you had caught a UFO with that first picture of the moon!

Beautiful pictures.

Thanks allot, Phil. I got a kick out of your comment about the UFO! Roswell isn't that far away from where we live.

Absolutely wonderful shots. Hope you don't mind but #14, the wiffling snows, just became my screen saver.
We call that maple leafing here in central mass.

Paul,
Like Chad mentioned, I found it interesting----"maple leafing". I'm glad you found a picture that you liked so much that you used it as a screen-saver. Thanks for the comments.

Al,

On the way home from Provo, Utah last night Barbara and I enjoyed the moon raising over the Bear River Range with that same reddish orange cast and the proportional distortion caused by the atmosphere, a huge old moon. Nice shots as always..

Matt

Bev and I were out walking the pups when I could see the light becoming more intense as the moon approached the horizon. I did make a dash to the house for my camera and tripod. What an exhilarating moment.
