Has anyone ever been there to primarily duck hunt (you couldn't go without shooting a few pheasant) and if you did did you have a guide, public or private land, and where about did you actually go? I've only heard of people talking about Webster but I don't know anything about it. How hard was it to obtain a license and was everything posted and would landowners let you on ? I'm thinking of next year but it may be tough to plan if people don't get drawn in the lottery.
