Very nice yellow perch rendition!
One minor point: Yellow perch are physoclists. They don't vent excess gas bubbles out via their alimentary tract from their swim bladder, since they don't possess a pneumatic duct. Most soft-rayed fish (physostomes) do this; hence the bubbles. Perch, as well as most spiny-rayed fish possess an thin sphincter muscle band, called the Oval Organ, that alters the extent of surface area exposure for gas exchange into their blood stream via a capillary bed (Rete Mirable). They don't handle swift vertical movements well.
Or, why spiny-rayed species caught and pulled to the surface from depths greater than 1 atmosphere generally have their stomachs extruded from the mouths and their eyes "bugged out"
