Swim platforms

I own an Alweld 1652. Has anyone installed a swim platform on a jon boat. I want one for an access back in the boat if I was to fall overboard.

What about pods? They are also great for decoy work on the back of the boat as well as dog work, if you have one.

I'm not sure who makes the ladder it was an option when I ordered the boat from Xpress.
