i got a souce here a couple of years back and lost the catalogue and can't remember the name -- don't know if lobster clip is the right term for the clip that attaches to the mother line, but could use some more and sme more tarred line

any help would be appreciated

thanks

Hi George,
That would proably be Memphis Net & Twine. If you need clips right away.....we stock them.
I don't like the tarred line personally so we use 1/4" New England Line.....and, we have some of that in stock if you need also.

Lou nailed it. In the future I'll be ordering from Lock Stock and Barrell as he is a member here. I used to order form Memphis but now that I know Lou has it That's where I'll be ordering from.

Look after the home folks first,
Harry

Long Line clips would be the correct term.
Mempis net and twine
Buy the correct size for the line you are going to use

with the new kind of lines you don`t need tared lines as in the old day they only had cotton lines so they tarred them to last longer. the line clips come in several sizes I use them for crabbing to hold my bait bag and duck hunting with long line

Lou, what type of Line is that? I see they have many varieties, drop me a PM or post here on pricing since I don't see it on your page. Thanks
