It'll be cold up at Paragould, but I doubt the river will freeze. The woods will if they are not already frozen, though. The locals will have holes broken out in the woods that they will be hunting.
I've seen one redhead so far and no cans. Not many bluebills compared to other years either.
I'm not sure why they arent here, we've got tons of valisneria for them to eat, they just have come to the table yet.
