Tire Tubes?

Any of you guys run tubes in your trailer tires??
One of my trailer tires has a slow leak but is otherwise in good shape.
4.8x12 Tubes are only $10 at Tractor Supply.
What y'all think???

I just run slime when that happens. Works fine and I can do it myself.

I have run a tube before in a similar application. Worked well.
