Trip suggestions?

About to leave on a trip to Iceland, Norway and Germany. Have an overnight trip planned from Bergen to see the hometown of where my wife's family immigrated from (Bjordal Norway) and then a few things planned while in Berlin and Munich. I've been to Munich a couple of times and plan to bring the family to some of the spots I found interesting. Berlin we have no plans other than wandering over to East Berlin via the old Brandenburg gate.

Any must see or do's? I know while in Munich we are touring the Audi factory, Dachau, couple of castles and Hitlers Eagle nest retreat. And naturally hit a restaurant for some swinehochs (spell)

Any gun manufacturers around. Hard to get access to factories without a reference. Gotta be some top end shops or gun smiths. Have a great trip...

Norway has awesome water! you can blast cod, pollock, wolffish,and halibut, lots of scallops around too.

Not too far from the Eagles Nest, in Austria, is a cool pedestrian bridge. I was there last year and they had a medieval fair below it which was a lot of fun. Food, drink, jousting, lots of home made leather crafts, woodworking, iron working, etc. Most people were dressed in era appropriate attire.
