Howdy friends, I haven't been keeping up with all the many threads but did read a couple. I just ditto the many thoughts on how this forum truely is a close group of friends. I am happy to be associated with this group of gentlemen.

Now for some pictures.

Made down to Homer and back to Ninulchik (sp?) for a halibut trip.

Found a bear's track yesterday along the stream. That's a moose track just to the left of the bear print.

Guess thats about it for now. I'm having a ball here and not sure I want to go home. Maybe Jesse or Ray know of a machine shop needing another worker?

Hey Dave,

Nice humpy! Did you tie it? Love the parr marks and the forked tail. Did you try fly equipment on any of the halibut?

Great Pics Dave. I'd rather see these than deal with thread design any day!

Take care and watch for bears!

PS if you ever get serious about moving up, let Ray and me know. We'd be glad to help with the job hunt.

Thanks for more great pic's of your trip up north. That halibut you caught sure ain't no chicken!

What do you hear from home, is your place o.k.?
