Tuckerton 2016

Wish I could go, but promised my 14 year old daughter I would take her out Saturday and Sunday for youth pheasant hunting...:)

Pheasant hunts with your daughter beats a decoy show any day of the year.

Excellent weekend . It was a pleasure seeing and meeting new faces from the site and sorry if i missed anyone. If anyone was watching the calling contest you probably saw me up there !

Really great show this year lost of cool new boats to look at and as well as some nice restorations. One rather sexy red leg sneak box won first place in the restoration category, any guesses on who that could be?? Tom Ayers also got a first place ribbon for a newly designed 10' double ended boat. I admit that I did miss a great deal of the show talking to friends old and new so those I have missed please jump in and let us know how you did. The stories are half the reason I attend. I know that Steve Sanford was trying all day to make his way around and get pictures of boats, decoys and other interests, but like me he was often caught in conversations and storytelling. Let's hope he was able to get some nice shots.

Great talking with all of those I ran into, sorry i missed a bunch of you, but there is always next year, or the boat ramp...good luck to all that n the upcoming season.

Hope it was a great show for you Steve, sorry I missed it! Was busy filming upland hunting. Looking forward to those pics!

Good morning, Anthony~

Tuckerton was, indeed, great from start to finish. BUT - I forgot my laptop at the farm - so I am playing even more catch up.....

Thanks for adding to the FALLING TIDE post - I have been neglectful there, too.

All the best,

SJS
