Turn your trash into treasure

Is there a dollar amount we should shoot for, or just send whatever we don't use and can fit in the box.

I would not worry about the dollar amount Larry. What may not be worth much to you could be priceless to someone else.

Is it to late to get in on the box thing...... any late comers.......what size box were you referring to. It would probably take me a week to get stuff and 10 days delivery from N.S. to (just as an example) Kansas

Sure Chris;

Lets hound Rutgers to include us in the group. It'll take me a bit longer than most and I need to get back out to the island to gather up some stuff..... light stuff as Canada Post charges by the gram or so it would seem.

Thats unless the socialists and separatists and communists and liberals succeed in their attempted coup and eject our elected government. Grrrrrr.....

I'll send my address and send me yours.

Philip

Paul,

No one has more things to pass along than me. I just hope I give more than more than I receive.

Please include me as well.

John

Phillip, Chris, and John, Can the three of you swap? I'd re write the list, but I dont know where everyone stands as far as having shipped or not and it would be quite difficult to work guys in. Other option is get a second one going. I'm sure there are a few more guys who would like to get on board. Opinions?

What is the cost of the flat rate postage? Is it $10.00 even? I have the box filled and sealed, just need to put postage on it.

David

If John wants to exchange, I'll round up some stuff . . .

If there's enough interest for another list, that's be great, too!

NR

Sounds good, I'll get the box started tomorrow.

If we get more interest we can include the others or just swap.

I lived in Michigan 30 years ago but never made it to the UP.

John

I got my swap items today in the mail. (Thanks Andy!) It was fun seeing what a fellow waterfowler would send to another. I don't know if we're supposed to post the items, but here's what I got: Duck hunting DVD, 3 hunting related window decals, paper turkey targets, for patterning your guns, and a couple nice patterns for decoy carving. This was a great idea, and I'd love to do it again next year!
Al

P.S. I just sent my package today, so i'm sorry if you've been waiting, Larry. It's been a busy couple of weeks.

I am glad you liked my junk! I did try to round up some halfway decent stuff.

Items have arrived!!!

Thank you Jonathan!! I got a wide assortment of fowling gear that will be used.

My labs will enjoy the bumper, the flashlight will find a spot in the blind bag, The calls will be passed on to some young waterfowlers in my neighborhood and the gun sleeve will work well for my smoke-pole.

Got my box from Gene today. I'll get a pic of its contents and post it up soon. Brandon, I'll be shipping your box Wednesday. Isn't it ironic that I started this thing and now I'm the Knucklehead not following through? I'll do my best to make it worth the wait!

Well Paul you are not the only slacker. Andrew, your box goes out with todays mail, sorry for the delay. Lee, I got the box from you there was some neat stuff in there. Shawn

Get after that teal deke, I want to see it floating in your rig. Finish off the can head and stick it on a foamer or something..feel free to use the pattern cutout as many times as you want..they make a cool rig. Might want to wash those hats.....and the calls.
