Wad stripping vs constriction choke tubes

Looking at maybe getting a pattern master, wad wizard or kicks choke. The pattern master and wad wizard are wad stripping while the kicks is a constriction ported choke that they say the angeled ports separate the wad and shot. Does anybody have experience with any of the wad stripping choke?Less crippled birds? Better patterns? Do you buy into the shorter shot string? Or is a good constriction ported choke like kicks a better way to go. Thanks for any info.

Also if you look at the kicks choke tube. The constrictions they have are different then all other chokes there mod is more like a imp cyc and there full more like a mod. Not sure why. I emailed kicks with this question and got no response.

I don't know anything about Kick's choke tubes, and I do all of my shooting from factory IC or (rarely) MOD chokes. One possibility is that the choke tube maker realizes that with high velocity and steel shot in most modern waterfowl loads, more open chokes give better patterns than tight ones.

Browning says that with steel shot, a choke labeled "Improved Cylinder" will give a pattern like a Modified choke with lead.

I bought a pattermaster long range for snow goose hunting here in texas...shot only modified choke for years out of my ten gauge...I do not believe I have become a better shooter but do beleive based on my shooting style that the choke did help deliver more mass on target when I need it.
I have shot nothing but steel 2s for a decade out of the gun...I highly recommend...a caveat is that I shoot around 1500 or less fps out of the choke and try not to shoot birds locking into the spread...I now pick off the oe in the back now...it tears apart birds at 30 yards or less...for giggles I bought heavy shot In bbs last year...one box of ten for 54 dollars....not even going to claim distances but the 5 out of ten birds connected were stone dead before they hit the ground...a little hint...the birds were beyond distances any ethical hunter would think about shooting...I am an ethical hunter I just wanted to test the claim....
