If you value your rights you better stand up!

They're wanting ALL handguns and Certain Semi-auto's registered in one bill, and apparently the prohibition of certain NFA items in another bill..


At least they did not ram down your throat in the middle of the night like they did in NY. It looks like you may get a chance to vote on the issue.

Get out your pens, start writing letters and making calls.

Thanks for the heads up John.

All of the sponsors of the bill are liberal Democrats from Louisville and Lexington, with the exception of one from Henderson. The House is controlled by Democrats, but the Senate is controlled by Republicans. I don't see this bill gaining any momentum. Fortunately, our state is still very "pro gun" unlike many other states with larger urban populations. Who knows how long it will last....

Too many rednecks here in KY. They'll have their hands full if they choose to move forward. The Redneck Layout Boys will be sure to comply though. :)
 
Sounds a little like complacency. I'd be letting my reps know how I felt. You can bet that the community organizers and unions are.
