check out 'godaddy.com'. they host, have reasonable prices and have content/site builders that are wizard driven and pretty easy to follow. good luck.

I would second or third godaddy. I use them a lot to register and in some cases to host for my customers. The customers service they have for phone support is great and its US based so you can understand them. Hard to believe for 9.00 a year.
