What to use on the floor of a Roy boat.

I have seen a few different styles of mats and carpets used on the floors of these boats. I'm looking for any suggestions.

Go to a restaurant supply company a commercial anti fatigue kitchen mat. It will keep you off the wet floor and add some cushioning for comfort.

I use the 3x3 foot black anti fatigue mats with holes that link together. In my Broadbill I sit on it with a foam floatation cushion for my back rest against cockpit. It insulates and is softer than floor. Dogs likes it to, they seem more comfy and less fidgety. Duck Wrangler its more for traction of hunters and dogs. Also, keeping decoy bags and things from sliding more than for comfort. The water seams to drain better off me and dogs to bilge pump area. Icing in cold weather happens but a little salt goes a long way to keep mats from sliding.

Harbor Freight sells a padded floor mat but it is solid and not honey combed like restaurant mats. I think they are around $10 and if you get DU magazine you will find an add with a 20 or 25% off coupon. I bought a set and they work great.

I use this on the bottom of my sculler:

Stole it from my wife who got more than she needed for her yoga class.

I use the same thing as Gene. Dog is warm sitting on it, my feet stay warm on it, easy to fit it in and shape it, closed cell foam doesn't absorb water.

I forgot to mention you can get them at Home Depot back in flooring department. There not as expensive as the restaurant type as they are grease resistant or as heavy. Think they were $12-15 apiece.

Dri deck floor mat it's interlockable and great cause it drains and you can hose the boat out without taking the mat out
