The February - March work schedule has been very full so I have not had much time to work on the boat or post but Dan and I have been working on the boat with every spare moment we could find. We were able to dedicate one full weekend to the filleting process. Wow.. what a job that is. I can't say that I am really proud of the fillets we made. I feel like if I could start another boat right away, the fillets would be much better however they are what they are with this one and I am happy to be done with that part of the job. Dan and I worked out a process where he wetted everything out and I handled the peanut butter and the glass. By the end of the job we were fairly efficient but still lacked a little for neatness.
