When did replies to classifieds start again

I'm not selling or buying anything right now so it doesn't matter to me but just wondering if the policy changed or if it happened with the site upgrades.

Unfortunately in the past, folks were making replies which were less than appropiate. The classifieds is a buy/ sell/ trade forum, not a discussion forum. If a comment is needed, I'll let the OP edit his own ad.

Yeah, lots of little changes. We also lost the note showing where everyone is from.
