Not a beach motel I'll bet. Don't tell me you new gig is raiding No-tell Motels! There's a sign at the pool store where I get my chems. "We don't swim in your toilet, Please don't pee in our pool. I want to buy it but Vickie doesn't see the humor in it.

One of the nicer places we occasionally stay it during duck season has a sign that says this behind the counter in very large block letters

"WE DO NOT RENT ROOMS BY THE HOUR"​

After much debate over the years we are still not sure if it is better if they have the sign or if it is worse they need the sign. Still fifty/fifty in my book.​

Reminds me of the sign at a bar/hotel near one of my brook trout ponds:

"Rooms, $25 per night. Bikers Welcome."

We've always chosen to pony up the $50 for the housekeeping cottage up the road a piece.
