I have concluded that George was not inspired by my recent efforts to further organize my shop.....

Nevertheless, he asked me to post these photos for him. George is working on Sprig, Mallards and Cinnamons for a gentleman on the Left Coast.

More seriously, George makes gorgeous gunners. I look forward to seeing the Finished Products.

All the best,

Thanks, Steve.
Got the gaudy part of the drake cinnamons based today, just so i can see where tertials, back and scaps will go. Maybe manana!

A person that really gets into his work looses sight of his surroundings. Love it!

I always like the pics of George's shop. I think it is closing in on him a bit from the pics I remember from the early days :).

Lets see those birds when you are done! Love a nice big rig of birds!

Hey, gents, i do occasionally do a MAJOR cleaning--usually once a year, when the spirit moves me, but vacuum quite regularly after grinding ends and sealing/painting begins.
My painting studios in New York and Carbondale were kinda similar. Studio partner at S I U and i would clean when things got too difficult to plow through. Gotta get my padiwan to help with a major, but then, he wouldn't show up, ever again!! hehehhehhe
Guess i am just into the process part of the thing, being a southpaw.

DecoyMonsterMachine - I can still see the floor, so yer good. You Da Man! I'm also a Southpaw, so I can relate... HHeee HHeee HHeeee

Finished Products!

This is the whole rig - minus 2 Drake Sprig.

George~ I think we need to see some individual portraits to fully appreciate your fine work!

Thanks for posting up the pic, Steve.
