Where's Sutton

Just wondered if any of you have heard from Steve? I for one miss his participation on this site. I had the opportunity to hunt with Steve in Washington State a few years back and had one of the best hunts and times of my hunting life. Just checking to see if anyone had shot him yet?

Jerry,

He's still alive and kicking.......just not here anymore. Email him if you like, his email addy is the same.

He's still out there, doing his half hearted spring stump dance so we can all stay in this cold rainy snowy weather.
Nobody has shot him yet, well at least they must have missed if they tried.

Tell the old fart that some of us around here actually miss him and would love to see him back on the site.

he was living deep in the mangrove swamps of Costa Rica, talking to the McCaws and At Play in the Fields of the Gods. He has been working with the locals on Shade Grown Coffee and banding Neo-Tropical birds that use them; all the while fighting the good fight against "high altitude con-trails" and selling a little "shade grown weed" to pay for gas in the panga and the next generation of Nautilus reels. The Snook are popping up under the mangroves and the coffee is rich and strong. Come summer he'll be back on the beach, chasing down Rooster Fish and in the evenings sitting in the local cantina telling stories to the locals in exchange for beer. He has said that anyone who wants to come visit is more than welcome.

But remember:

"GAS, 3 PLY TOILET PAPER, or new TEVA's-no body fishes for free"

Hahaha, good one Dani. Though your story likely isn't where he is........those of us who know him also know that it COULD be. "Telling stories for beer"? - Yup

I knew he couldn't help but lurk. I would love to see him back on the board.

BTW, I traded a few emails with him recently. He advised me on how to freeze dry my male Luna Moth. It's in the freezer Steve!
