Dick, they are amazing. My first big drake I'll always remember. I shot him about 10 feet off the water and he dove stright in. He was under water about 10 seconds and when he surfaced, he was flying stright up. I got him on the second shot but it was phonominal to see. I didn't know a bird could do that.

Howard: I'm surprised you were able to get him on a second shot! The first time I saw that I just stood there in awe!
 
John, I already had the gun up waiting for him to surface. Planning to finish him with a head shot. When he erupted from the water I just followed him up and shot him like a pheasant. So to speak.
It is still vivid in my mind.
