Wooden Gunning Box info/plans

Well big boy get your fanny perpindicular over to North Alabama sometime this summer (date to be announced later) when we make a batch from my workshop.
 
I vaguely remember you guys planning a box and the 400 post discussion on what species of wood to use..but I don't remember what it looked like.Personally, I can't see myself using one except like the Poygon box to display an old sxs...I just toss a 6 shells in my pocket and go..after all..6 birds is the limit around here and that gives me 3 extras for cripples.

Eric, give me as much lead time as you can if you really plan on doing that and I'll see what I can do.....doesn't your company need some curtain vans? If so then a sales call, on a Friday afternoon, would definately be in order...

Ever since I started hunting bare chested with those cross over bandoliers, I've been able to take between 400 and 500 shells out at a time...even after that time I fell off the pontoon boat and went to the bottom like a missile streaming bubbles.

I generally allow 10-12 shells per cripple swat since I got these new glasses...the kids say it sounds just like the 4th of July from the shoreline.

To each his own, I guess
 
One of us is getting too old...I think I prefer to sit in the blind and tell jokes and make up funny stories

On that topic...are you running short of corn decoys?
