Woodrow Update

I took Woodrow on an open water hunt yesterday afternoon. We set up on open water for divers, but I took him along to see him float.

This might just be Woodrow's crowning achievement for his career. Seriously though, I do plan on taking him on a proper wood duck hunt this week. It's about time that he has some wood ducks taken over him.

Putting Woodrow on top of a pile of coots???? He deserves better than that---com on!! . I didn't shoot a woodie over him but never would have degraded him like that--geez.

Jon gets black-balled on the next traveling decoy list. Just because (as has been suggested) Jon may want to visit " the otherside of the tracks", doesn't mean Woodrow wants to go there. Terrible just terrible.

sits atop the maings of a fine coot stew! Nice photo Jon, but I hope you can show Woodrow a good time with some of his own kind in the next few days. I'll have to admit I've had some very enjoyable coot shoots in the past, they are really fun to shoot and taste great when marinated in fresh pine needle for a week:^)
