Would you want to find THIS snake??

I am glad I don't live in Florida. I was watching the History channel last night. Monster Quest. They were talking about big snakes in the Glades. They are getting bigger and coming in to residential areas. Ten footers are becoming more common. The snake control people said in another ten years they expect even bigger ones. They showed picture of a large one that had eaten a large alligator in the glades.It looked to be a six or eight foot gator. Didn't turn out well for the snake. These pythons were released by pet owners or escaped during tropical storms from pet stores. They are now breeding on there own and moving Northward.
 
one report i read stated that the mean temperature of the area it was found would have had to be at least 10 degrees warmer than it is today for it to survive -- as far as global warming,maybe we aren't getting warmer after all - just back to normal ---LOL
