    Intermittent spark loss

I was able to find some ohms testing for it online finally, the stator did not ohm out within spec. The trigger did. I?m going to try stator first. This is the first issue I?ve had with mine! Thank you both! We shall see, I can?t find any good ways to test the power pack.

    Intermittent spark loss

1993 merc 15, which I love because of the twist throttle forward/reverse on my devlin bluebill. It ran perfect without problem for almost 8 years that I?ve owned it until... Intermittent total spark loss, mixed with 1 (bottom) cylinder spark loss, mixed with multiple big fat beautiful blue...

    worth of old herters foamers?

I have some old foam decoys with hard heads on them. pretty sure they're herters, they have steel keels it looks like, some of them anyway. some look like they are missing the bottom weight, and I have a pair of old cork decoys in better shape than these too. too. I just don't think I am...

Advice for a newbie on a Devlin repair/restoration

You are doing a great job, the project is coming along nicely! You'll love it when it's done. I much prefer my bluebill to my big lund when it comes to hunting ducks. I'd love to sell the lund and build an 18-20' stitch and glue boat, but I doubt the costs would even come close, and I don't have...

    Best Grass "mats"

I've bought the cabelas brand with some success, and also an off brand that shall remain nameless (the first time they got wet they LITERALLY smelled like dog crap, and they rotted at 100x the rate of the cabelas ones) I have not bought the cabelas brand in years, and just wondering if there is...

    Dog ladder

I have an 18' Lund with pretty tall sides, wondering what you dog people use for a ladder to get the pup in and out? It has a blind on it, I will make an access hole for the new pup to get in and out. I have to get some pictures up here, he's really filling out nicely. 5 months old, and an...

    New dog owner.

Thank you all for the input! we are getting pretty good at the basic commands, and VERY interested in things that smell like ducks (we do fetch outside with duck wings.) Returning to hand is going to be the big one. I can tell most of what's needed for a good duck dog is built In, just trying to...

    Devlin Builders - Boarding Ladders?

Holes below the water line on a wooden boat give me the heebie jeebies. especially on something designed to bear load from a guy stepping on and off a few hundred times a season. Following, because this would be really nice sometimes. I won't be 29 forever, and when the waders are frozen and...
