Shell Drake “Redbreasted Mergansers”

First time i ever saw a recipe for a Shell Drake “redbreasted mergansers” maybe I’ll try it.
Recipe is from a local Pine barrens recipe book called Chicken Foot Soup & other recipes from the pines.
