Scott, try putting this on the main forum. I see you are from NW Ohio. Someone at the Pointe Mouillee water fowl festivel in Monroe Michigan might be of help. They use that style of boat during the Duck Hunters Tournament.

I would second the four stroke engines. A Yamaha F 25 weighed only 15 pounds more than my 15 Johnson. No electric start or power trim. Used on my 14 TDB.

I doubt Lou would have eye screws. Decoy Rigs used to sell a ton of Herters heads and accessories. You might give them a call. I have their catalog from 2008. It shows multiple sizes in galvanized. Good luck.

I hope you didn't spend much. If you are looking for foam body and heads to assemble and paint, try Lou Tisch. I have hunted over his decoys for close to 40 years. He makes a great product.
