You might point out to the manufacturer that return customers are 75-90% of a company's business not to mention word of mouth advertising. Sorry to hear of you experience since I always try to cheer on American manufacturers. Unfortunately a quality culture does not exist in every company today. RM

I tried to work with this customer and he couldn’t be pacified. We work with our customers every day to make sure they are satisfied. Trust me when I say I’ve worked with this guy and he just can’t be satisfied. I tried.
