Duck Commander's banning from his own show

I almost wonder if he did this on purpose to sabotage the show. It has seemed to me that he doesn't care for it too much, just going along with it. Willie is the attention whore and money grubber. My wife watched the Barbara Walters special last night and said Jase/Phil were the only ones...

    Weird Taxidermy Help Request

As primarily a diver hunter, I have no use for a lanyard. So I wanted to bronze the legs on a marble pedestal for display of the bands. Thought it would look nice with my other taxidermy pieces. Guess I may have to wait on another Manitoba trip.

    Weird Taxidermy Help Request

I'm not sure how to go about this. I need a Greater Canada leg and a cackler leg cut at the joint for a taxidermy project. I'm not going to get into any geese for at least the next calendar year. I would need them to be fresh frozen and not dried out. I basically need them to bronze for band...

    20,000 threads

Just doing the morning read through and saw the thread count was 19,999. Thought I'd take a second and make 20,000. This is such a great website and gives me great daily enjoyment. Thanks to Eric, Chuck, and everyone else who makes it possible.

    What is dumber?

It is a great tradition for us here in Kentucky. Scratch out a limit in the morning, football by noon, and a full belly by night. The Redneck Layout Boys love the "sacred T-day" opener. But unfortunately with my job, I work ever other holiday year and this is a work one for me. So...

    Leviathan...

The "Kentucky Lake Monster" is made from sheets bound together. I'm sure that McCullough could give you more insight. Kristan is spotting himself a few inches with his 5'7" claim.

    Vortex Rotating spinning wing system

They were used in Missouri in March and Manitoba in October with similar results really.

    Vortex Rotating spinning wing system

I've only ever hunted snows with them. Just adds more motion. Can't say that we killed more birds because of it though. Guides always place them behind the layout blinds to conceal and create movement taking the focus off the shooters.

    Back in Black

    Back in Black

Got my banded black back from Gunner's Taxidermy in Nicholasville, Kentucky yesterday. Captain Brian Rhodes got me on the bird in January and his brother, Ryan, mounted it for me. Very talented indeed. Mounted with a spokeshave Sean Sutton black.

NDR... Night table handgun vaults? Anyone have experience with GunVault?

We have two Speedvault SV500. I really like them. Easy to use. I read the biometrics sometimes take a long time to take your print.

    River vs. Droid

Me, McCullough, and Special K went to Manitoba in 2010 and we were barely in Illinois when I (hungover) threw my phone in the gas station trash can with the other trash from the front of the truck. Dip spit, Mountain Dew, and God knows what else bathed my phone. We tried the rice trick to no...
