    Order Your duckboats.net T-Shirt

Sorry, missed the sticky and had to read about it in the big article...already placed and paid for the order. Now that the shirts are ready, how about the hats? Too cold for a tee shirt at all the recent shows, and it would have been nice to pick out the rest of the crew to say hello. Best, Rufus

    Suggestions on lead ladle?

As the wonderful old "Bay Rats" used to tell me at the gunning shack out in the South Bay years ago, "Retail is the most hated word in the English language"...and then have a libation while sitting out on their 125 foot long walkway anchored on old telephone poles and hardwood slats from those...

    New York Boater Safety Training

Steve. thanks for the update. How will this affect out of state hunters who come up for a late season brant hunt, for example...ahem. While I have my Power Squadron certificate laminated in miniature, is that going to be enough to keep us from the inevitable end of the day drill at the boat...

A lot of you know my middle child is a baseball player

Eric, congratulations to your son and your family - success like this is a family event. Your son appreciates you now, but he won't really begin to understand your love for him until he is hauling his own kids around to chase their dreams years from now! Here's hoping for continued success for...

Great South Bay Scooter - Plans

Well, right while you are laying out the galleys..add a piece on how to personalize the buildings in your custom compound with giant black duck half models, like I think I see on the front of the two buildings behind Craig in the top photo. Is that what those are? It might be time for a...

Cordura vs. Sunbrella - or better options?

Since we have an old top, complete in two parts, the idea would be to take it to a canvas guy and have him use the old one as a template, then lay new fabric over the original frame. We provide the material of choice, thus the question about recommendations for fabric. Thanks for the reply!
