    Roller trailer for bluebill?

I don't know about plywood but I use a jet ski trailer with bunks for my aluminum blue bill. Its a fairly light boat so its easy to launch and load. either should work well for you.

Do a little more research into the e-collars as well, they can be very helpful in training. If you have never owned or trained a retriever you will quickly learn why recall and control at any distance is very helpful. I would recommend getting a complete program such as Mike Lardy's total...

    Trying to decide between broadbill/bluebill

Scott, I also have an aluminum Bluebill. Did the same thing of pushing the motor all the way back to the rear instead of the way the original plans were laid out. I found that the change of the C.G. causes the boat to porpoise when I tilt up on the motor to get more shallow. Does yours do the...

Help with suggestions on new boat build

Looking for some suggestions or opinions on my new boat build. I am building a devlin blue bill out of aluminum and plan on using it as a layout boat. Lets see your Blinds for a BBIII or BBII

The flip top flips open and the front and rear camo just slides up and down, so I only take off the front netting which is held in place with some spring clamps. that takes about 30 seconds and I do this if I just want to chase down a cripple that is getting away. Those mergansers can move if...

Lets see your Blinds for a BBIII or BBII

This is how I did mine on my aluminum BBIII. sets up and breaks down in about 2 minutes. The top is a beavertail flip top that I adjusted to fit the cockpit area. Works perfect for the river.
