Hi Bob, I actually row it. I ran a piece of 5/4 x 6 P.T. decking from the bow headboard back to the stern board, added a backer piece and then drilled a hole down through for my oar lock. By doing this it also created some external storage space.

I didn't have any design that I followed, truth be known, I probably have as many hours just looking at boat and thinking of my next step as I do in production. The decking is just 1/4 luan and one layer of glass over that, it is supported pretty well underneath both forward and aft to carry items and such. The hull appears to be 3/8 plywood and I put two layers of glass over that. Of course I did all this BEFORE finding this site or doing any real digging of information about sneak boats, so I'm pleased with the results. I am thinking of adding the stern rail boards of a BBSB and also a dodger and then I think I will call it complete.

Thanks for the kind words.

p.s. For now I'm not considering a motor, I really enjoy rowing it, however a couple cripple chasing adventures may change my mind.
