Boat seat pedestals

I have four new pedestals for boat seats. 3 in packaging, one out but not used. Was going to use for marsh seats but changed design. I would be happy to all four for $20 plus shipping.

How tall are the pedestals ?

I believe 13 1/2" but I will measure to confirm tonight.
