Thanks alot i will defianely give that a try after we shoot our limit this weekend ( Ya right ) i will try it this way , i uually breast the birds and then rinse the meat and soak in ice water overnight , in the morning i marinate them in italian dressing , the last time i cooked them up with some onions and man was it good . Our limit here in RI is 3 to the 26 of Jan. season is almost over unfortunaly but i have learned an awfull lot for sure this year . Thanks again
