LOL, they are ugly black ducks. On the coast between the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic there seems to be a strong association between hoodies and blacks and gives my rig a little different look while still matching the hatch. Ira Hudson and Nathan Cobb seemed to notice that a 100-150 years ago. Now I need to get cracking on a bunch of Atlantic Brant. The blacks mingle with the brant a lot at low tide on the eel grass flats. Especially on seaside behind the Barrier Islands and all that white on brant show up for miles.Those are two of the strangest looking black ducks I’ve seen in a while.
