Dear friends,
I trust that everyone is well, and fully enjoying their hunting seasons. Surely making memories to last a lifetime.
Speaking of memories to last a lifetime, the most important waterfowl writer of our time has produced his latest book. 'Waterfowling: Best Days' is the newest contribution by Worth Mathewson. Those familiar with Worth's work are surely aware of his inspiring sense of storytelling. This book is a both a compilation of previous works submitted to various periodicals, and new musings on the awesome sport we all know and love.
I became a fan of Worth's writing when Gray's Sporting Journal first began to be published, 30+ years ago. Immediately taken by his work, I have been a faithful fan for most of my adult life. This new book promises to deliver the exemplary work that we have all become accustomed to, from this great chronicler of all things waterfowl.
I am thinking that the book will be offered here as in the past, but I cannot confirm this. That will be up to Worth and the fine people who run and manage this great site.
Worth's website, sinkbox.com is currently undergoing some construction, and is offline. Surely, it will be up soon.
Please stay tuned on this subject, as surely, more information will follow. I strongly recommend this book to anyone who loves great literature. Especially that pertaining to our sport.
God Bless All,
Mark
