Hey guys, I'm sorry but I won't be able to finish my swap bird. I got a new job starting very soon and will have to travel. I have way too much stuff to do around the house before heading out. I don't want to keep anyone waiting so I feel it best to bow out.


Maybe next year.
 
I am working on my decoy and just added the first coat of paint it will be done for the swap. I know its cutting it close. Will post picture on or by 4.1.12.
 
Working on paint, should be done sometime Sunday evening. If something prevents me from finishing I'll ship one of my black ducks from the February work bench thread.
 
Well, here we are, right at the deadline. I will send out some PM's to those that have not responded to see if they are complete or not. Once I have an answer, I will get the drawing complete, That means Tom's daughters can hopefully do the honors again. Please let me know if you have completed. I will update evryone in a day or two.

OK, all the replies are back and we are ready to make the swap. Do I have any volunteers to make the picks? If not, I will have my youngest pick them this evening. Thanks for all of the communication and the hard work. There are some very nice looking decoys in the bunch and I thank everyone who participated. As I mentioned, if no one steps forward, I will have the swaps figured out this evening.

No addresses need to be sent to me. Once the names are drawn, I will notify who has who. It is then up to the two parties to contact each other and work out the swap.

Cannot wait!!!!! I have a bunch of swap birds they are some of my favorites to gun over yearly. Green wings, buffies, red head, euro wigeon, ruddy and now a new one on the way. Thank you mr church
